Claire (she/her) is a dynamic leader who has been at the helm of First Story since 2010. She’s developed a fun, family-first focus that’s transformed First Story into an approachable organization to one and all. Under her guidance, the work has grown by leaps and bounds. When not changing lives, Claire enjoys mountain biking and rock climbing.

Rachel (she/her) believes in the power of connection to create lasting impact. With more than two decades of experience leading and collaborating, and a people-first approach to building relationships, she unites people around a shared vision while making the journey impactful and fun. Outside of First Story, Rachel co-owns Portello Lounge in Bend, where she helps create a welcoming space for live music, memorable experiences, and meaningful connections.

Kisky (she/her) is an exceptionally multi-talented individual who amplifies First Story's impact while pursuing her passion for the arts. As an actress, choreographer, and trained in various dance forms she brings a creative approach to First Story’s community engagement. She recently co-founded Ponderosa Players, a youth theatre company in Bend.
