| Hayden Watson Chairman Hayden is devoted to making a difference in the people, neighborhoods and communities where Hayden Homes builds. Born in Stanford, CA he moved to Central Oregon in 1989. As the CEO of Hayden Homes and the President of Watson Companies, he founded First Story over 12 years ago. Hayden Homes has partnered with First Story on 29 homes. "Giving back to people is a passion my parents taught me and the way our Companies can say thank you to the people that have been so good to us." Hayden also enjoys skiing and traveling with his wife and three girls. |

| Scott Knox Board Treasurer Scott is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Raised in the Pacific Northwest he earned degrees in finance, economics, and international studies from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). Scott has been involved in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years and recognizes that in addition to tangible financial benefits, homeownership brings substantial social benefits for families and communities. Scott is also on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon. He enjoys the outdoors and traveling with his wife and friends. He and his wife welcomed their first child last year. |

| Myles Conway Board Member Myles is a shareholder at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, one of the top law firms serving the needs of businesses in the Pacific Northwest. He served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alaska from 1995-2000 and currently serves as a land use hearing officer for the City of Bend. Community involvement is a long-time passion for Myles, having invested his time on a number of board and advisory commissions addressing opportunities and challenges throughout Central Oregon. |

| Dennis Murphy Board Member As President of Hayden Homes, Dennis has been part of First Story since it was founded in 1998. "Creating homes for families in the Northwest has been the main focus of my life. When we created First Story the vision was to make a difference and to create an organization that would perpetuate beyond our lifetime. We are well on our way to creating our vision." Dennis is also the winemaker at Caprio Cellars, a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Walla Walla Valley. The Cellars proudly donates a portion of its wine proceeds to First Story. |

| David Day Board Member To say that David is 'active' in the Central Oregon community would be an understatement. He has served on many boards including the Economic Development Council, Bend Chamber, Bend Rotary and the Air Service Task Force. For over a decade he coached little league baseball and soccer and was part of MBSEF where he served on the board and was a race referee. David founded DVA Advertising and Public Relations in 1990. He and his wife Paula have three kids. His passions are family, golf, skiing, hiking, his guitar, music, intelligent conversations and wine....and as he says, "hopefully all in one day"! |

| Shon Rae Executive Director First Story First Story has been lead and guided by Executive Director, Shon Rae, since 2006. Shon has over ten years of experience in home construction and a background in marketing and community outreach. Her belief that housing is fundamental for the ability of low-income families to become more stable and self-sufficient, has helped the organization to evolve and its programs and services mature. "My goal is to continue to expand the good we do for the people we serve." Shon is an University of Phoenix alumni (but, cheers for the Beavs!) and spends her free time with her family camping, biking, skiing, and hiking. She is an avid cyclist, runner, and swimmer. |
