In 2011, First Story was proud to be the primary beneficiary of the Ghost Tree Celebrity Invitational that raised over $50,000 for charities in Central Oregon serving children and families. We are excited to continue this partnership in 2012 and look forward to raising more money to help low-income families and at-risk youth in Central Oregon. Dinner on the Range
| Thursday, August 23rd - Celebrity Auction Celebrity Auction 20 sports and entertainment celebrities go up for bid on Thursday night in the Great Hall. Here's how it works: Foursomes that chose the BID golf package will participate in the auction and try to win the celebrity of their choice. The celebrity will then join their foursome as their fifth player at the golf invitational on Friday. We have former NFL, NBA and PGA Tour players attending, current Hollywood celebrities and many more. We will have a great production in store for you (in addition to complimentary appetizers and drinks) as we introduce and highlight each of our celebrities for the weekend. |
Friday, August 24th - Golf Invitational Golf Tournament  BIDDING Team - $2400 By purchasing a BIDDING foursome you save $500 right off the top. But, you must attend the Thursday night Celebrity Auction and bid on and win a celebrity of your choice. Celebrities in 2010 ranged from $100 to $2000 with the average celebrity going for $400. Your celebrity will then join your foursome in the tournament as a playing member of your group, giving you another player in the scramble and an added advantage as a reward. NON-BIDDING Team- $2800 For NON-BIDDING foursomes the entry fee is higher, but you are not obligated to bid on a celebrity Thursday night. You are welcome to if you like or just enjoy the program and the hosted food and beverages. Team entry fees include:
Print Entry Form Friday, August 24 - Casino Night  Monte Carlo themed Casino Royale and Box Car Races This year's casino night will be Monte Carlo themed complete with our very own Grand prix (box car races). Our Casino Royale will feature a Black Jack Tourney, craps tables, black jack tables and roulette. DJ Sean will be spinning dance music all night long. Hosted beer, wine and heavy appetizers, plus a full cash bar. Attire is vintage glamour....think James Bond, smoking jackets, moulin rouge! Saturday, August 25th - Dinner on the Range Dinner on the Range is a first class epicurean event featuring eighteen renowned local chefs and the finest west coast wineries and breweries. Over 1300 people attended Dinner on the Range in 2010, a NEW record for the event. Dinner on the Range is going to take place on the range at Sunriver's Meadows Golf Course, directly adjacent to the Lodge and overlooking the amazing view of Mt. Bachelor. The gates open at 4pm. Golf awards, celebrity and chef introductions will be announced at 5:30pm followed by one of the finest dance bands in the country. We will once again feature a cigar bar, specialty desserts, gin and vodka tastings, and a silent auction with over 100 items big and small to bid on.
